What can I expect from Cirque du Soleil KOOZA?
A dazzling journey into acrobatics, laughs and human connection! KOOZA is a return to the origins of Cirque du Soleil, celebrating audacious acrobatic prowess and bold slapstick comedy. The action-packed spectacle is a breathtaking tribute to physical artistry and expression of the human body. Led by a mischievous Trickster, audiences are transported into a whimsical and eccentric kingdom, where the Innocent discovers his path through an emotional adventure of self-discovery. KOOZA is filled with surprises and unforgettable characters — from the flamboyant King to the funny trio clowns and many more. The show weave’s themes of identity, duality, and self-recognition throughout its story. Inspired by the Sanskrit word “koza”, meaning box or treasure, KOOZA represents a “circus in box” – a spectacular production that blends heart-stopping acrobatics, bold visual design, and the art of clowning in perfect harmony.

130 minutes, including a 25-minute intermission.

No, food and drinks from outside the site are not permitted within our gates.

KOOZA is presented in Singapore from Feb. 6 to March 29, 2026. You can view the schedule HERE to select the show of your choice.

Is Cirque du Soleil KOOZA performed in English or another language?
Cirque du Soleil shows use a universal language of movement, music, and expression. Dialogue is minimal; however, when present, it is in English.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, Cirque du Soleil KOOZA products are exclusively available at our on-site boutique.
ABOUT TICKETS
Can I purchase Cirque du Soleil tickets for KOOZA at the door?
We strongly recommend buying your tickets in advance through the Fever App or on the Fever website. Upon availability, a limited number of tickets may be purchased at the Box office up-to 1 hour after the beginning of the show.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your Cirque du Soleil KOOZA tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my Cirque Du Soleil KOOZA ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the "Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.

ABOUT ACCESS TO CIRQUE DU SOLEIL KOOZA
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Our site opens 90 minutes before showtime. The SAP VIP Experience lounge and Concession 60 minutes followed by the Big Top 30 minutes before the start of the show. Please note the show will start on time, latecomers will not be seated until a suitable time during the performance.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed on our site, though service animals are welcome.
Is the Cirque du Soleil venue accessible?
The entire circus grounds and on-site amenities are accessible to people with reduced mobility. Under the Big Top, easily accessible seating and specific wheelchair spaces can be reserved. Please contact us if you need accessible seating or access.
Are companion seats available next to accessible seats?
Yes, one companion seat is typically available next to each accessible seat.
Are security checks conducted at the entrance?
Yes, for everyone's safety, bag checks and security screenings will be conducted.
What are the prohibited items at the KOOZA show?
Outside food and drink, firearms, knives and professional cameras (with lenses) are not allowed on site.
Will there be strobe lights?
Cirque du Soleil KOOZA does not include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Yes, this is a seated experience. Each visitor will have a seat.

Can I take photos or record Cirque du Soleil KOOZA show?
Small, pocket-sized cameras – no lenses - and phones are allowed. For the safety of our artists and the comfort of our audience members, only pictures without flash and short videos below the shoulder are permitted.

If you lose an item on our facilities, we invite you to speak with one of our team members. They will happily help you find the missing item.
Is coat check available?
No, a coat check is not available on site.
Is there an age requirement for Cirque du Soleil?
Cirque du Soleil KOOZA is a family-friendly show and is recommended for all ages. For young children, we recommend bringing fitted hearing protectors.
Do children need a ticket?
Children aged 2 and older require a ticket. Children under 2 may sit on a parent's lap, but please check specific show policies.
Are booster seats available?
Yes, a limited number of booster seats are available inside the concession tent on a first-come, first-served basis.
